. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.
1. Service Overview
Grow Reviews provides automation services for requesting, repurposing, and managing Google reviews to help small businesses improve their online reputation. Our services include onboarding, automation setup, and optional review reactivation (if a CSV list of prior customers is provided). We utilize GoHighLevel for automation tools and related services.
2. Subscription Terms
Minimum Commitment:A minimum subscription period of 3 months is required due to the upfront work involved in onboarding and reactivation services.Cancellation Policy:You may cancel your subscription anytime after the 3-month minimum period. Subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.First-Month Discount:All new subscriptions include 50% off the first month's fees.Ongoing Billing:Your subscription will auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
3. Review Reactivation
Review reactivation services require a CSV file containing a list of previous customers. Without this file, we cannot perform reactivation campaigns. It is your responsibility to ensure the list complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While our service is designed to maximize your chances of receiving positive reviews, we do not guarantee specific results. The success of your review campaign depends on factors beyond our control, such as customer engagement and satisfaction.
5. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date business information.Ensure any customer data provided to us complies with GDPR and other applicable laws.Use the services only for lawful purposes.
6. Fees and Payments
All fees are stated in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.Payments are due in advance for each billing cycle.We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with 30 days’ notice.
7. Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partially used billing cycles. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Data Protection
We comply with UK GDPR regulations.By providing customer data (e.g., a CSV file for reactivation), you confirm that you have the legal right to use this data for review solicitation purposes.Data provided will only be used for the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of providing our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and services provided by Grow Reviews are the intellectual property of Lead Stream Pro. You may not duplicate, distribute, or resell these materials without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Lead Stream Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grow Reviews services.Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription or access to services if:
You breach these terms.Payment is not received by the due date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
